Since June 2022, AMC Investor Connect, our groundbreaking approach to retail investor relations, has provided direct communication between AMC and our retail investors. This initiative has enabled us to share Company updates and reward AMC share ownership through perks such as free popcorn, advanced screenings, and NFTs. AMC strongly believes in celebrating our passionate retail investor base, which has supported AMC and helped us remain agile to change and transform the company as we continue to recover from the pandemic.
